I have been using
Beaute Claire products for a while now, but there was a time when I nearly gave up on them. What turned me around? It was the Beaute Claire customer service support. They are quick to respond and help resolve problems for their customers, it seems to me.
When I first tried Beaute Claire products, I was like so many other people in that I wanted quick, instant results. Of course, I was disappointed - Rome was not built in a day, and undoing the effects of years of environmental damage takes time. However, to begin with there was not a huge difference, and I honestly felt like I had wasted time and money. I spoke to their customer service and they were very helpful in setting me straight on a couple of things.
Like so many anti-aging and wrinkle reduction products, Beaute Claire takes a little while to reach its full effect. I was pleased with how my skin felt, and whilst I had noticed some improvement in the appearance of my "fine lines", I was impatient. They were very helpful in explaining how the product worked, what I needed to do, and how best to get the very best results. The answer, of course, is patience.
Beaute Claire customer service is darned good in other ways too. When I first ordered from them I was about to move house, and when I ordered again I had forgotten to change the destination address, but very soon they sorted the problem out, and I was back on the road to skin health and beauty again! Now I am not the most patient person with customer service - like many people I am quite demanding, and want quick results.
I am delighted to say that not only are their products good and worthwhile, but their service is second to none!
Beaute Claire customer service are a model that I wish I could see applied in other businesses I deal with, and good customer service will keep me coming back for more! So well done, Beaute Claire, for making this picky woman happy!
